Here is a tip from Doctor Oz:

"Batch cook" your meals for the week.

Why, you ask?  To succeed at eating healthy, you have to always have your food ready to go and if you're going out, take it with you.  Otherwise, you will find yourself with no time and you'll end up going to the drive thru.  Planning and consistency are the keys to eating healthy.  These are also necessary to follow a regular exercise routine.  Planning makes getting healthy a reality!
